As Social Host, you'll help run our Welcome Table, hype up Happy Hours, and create the kind of atmosphere people can’t wait to come back to!
Our Admin behind the scenes help with coordinating all the big player operations and scheduling, so you can focus on the fun stuff 🚀🤠
HOW TO CRUSH IT

Pre-League 🎯
Say hey to your League Host / Coordinator! 👋 They'll reach out to talk through any specifics about the facility, schedule, and general details.
You will get an invite to our league's GroupMe chat, and your host can help you plan a Happy Hour! -
Weeks 1 & 2 📢 Arrive Early!
Our 1st & 2nd Game Days are the most important day of the season! Players often don't know where to go or who to look for.
Please plan to be there 45 minutes before game time to set up the Welcome Table, work out any kinks, and get ready for lots of hellos 🤓 -
Happy Hours 🥳
Part of the Social Host role is to help plan a Welcome Happy Hour (plan this for Week 1 or 2) and End-of-Season Party!
Sometimes our locations have food & bev on site, or we can BYO 🍻 Other times, we host something nearby!
Chat with your League Host for assistance coordinating. -
Extra Fun Stuff... Go Nuts 🥜
Off Site Trivia and Arcade Bars are always a hit!
Or a Theme Night - Throw Back to the 80s or 90s, Neon Night, a Tacky Tourist Bar Crawl 🤪
Every league gets a Social Budget, and we can also provide t-shirts, paddles, or e-gift cards as prizes! Think: superlatives for Best Dressed, Overall Silliest, Most Creative, etc! -
Beginner Support
All of our leagues come with a free Beginner Session, usually held by a facility pro, 30 mins before game time on Week 1.
You're welcome to join... or if you're already a pro, ask you League Host about leading it!
Either way, we'll provide you with all of the details 🚀 -
Attendance
If there are any weeks you won't be there, no worries!
The first two weeks of the season is most important, but please just let your League Host or Coordinator know if you have any conflicts after that.
They will send a message to the group so players know what to expect, or we'll find some back up coverage.

THE DETAILS
- Scheduling: We use Text & Email notifications to schedule our Game Days - think RSVPs, court times + matchups, and scorecards each week.
- Ranking: Everyone plays at their level! We use submitted scores to rerank everyone weekly to keep matchups fun & fresh! Your Host can always make adjustments to players' rank if needed.
- FAQs: You will probably be asked basic player some questions...
Almost everything can be answered in our Player Guide (click here)! For anything bigger, just ask your League Host or Coordinator!
