By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I’ve read and agree to the following terms as a participant in a Silly Pickles speed dating event:
1. Voluntary Participation
I am choosing to participate in this event voluntarily and confirm that I am emotionally and physically able to do so.
2. Personal Conduct
I agree to treat all participants, staff, and hosts with respect. I understand that discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund, and possible exclusion from future events. If I witness or experience behavior that makes me uncomfortable, I will report it promptly to a Silly Pickles staff member, host, or venue representative.
3. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a social or dating event may involve certain risks — including emotional involvement, miscommunication, or unexpected interactions. I accept these risks and take full responsibility for my experience.
4. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Silly Pickles, its staff, hosts, venue partners, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of Silly Pickles or its affiliates. I understand that Silly Pickles is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or statements of other participants.
5. No Guarantees
I understand that while this event is designed to help people connect, Silly Pickles makes no promises about romantic matches, friendships, or personal satisfaction.
6. Photos & Media
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event. I give permission for Silly Pickles to use my likeness for promotional purposes, unless I request otherwise in writing before the event.
7. Health & Safety
To the best of my knowledge, I’m in good health and do not have any physical, mental, or emotional condition that would make it unsafe for me — or others — for me to participate. If I feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time, I will notify event staff immediately. I understand that minor physical activity may be involved, and I assume all risks associated with participation.
8. Alcohol Use (if applicable)
If alcohol is served or available at the event, I understand that I am solely responsible for my consumption and behavior. Silly Pickles and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal issues that arise from alcohol use.
9. Age & Accuracy
I confirm that I am 21+ and meet the age range for this event. Any and all personal information I’ve provided about myself is accurate.
10. Final Acknowledgment
I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and agree to them willingly. I understand that I am responsible for my own experience — and I’m excited to meet new people!
By submitting this form, I acknowledge that this electronic waiver serves as my legally binding signature under applicable electronic signature laws. If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
